Summary: Contents of the paper are regarding examining changes of work parameters of the power system in conditions of growing of power flows in the system. Results of the ones and of the similar examinations can conduct to the broadening of current views about the stiffness of the network, her stability and conditions of coming into existence of  power swinging in the system. The power swinging often constitute the beginning of extensive system breakdowns.
